We have been putting our skills in graphic layout and design to work for customers in Augusta County, Staunton and Waynesboro for more than 10 years, on projects for businesses and organizations including the Waynesboro Generals, the Wayne Theatre Alliance, the Waynesboro Family YMCA and the Valley Program for Aging Services. And we look forward to doing the same in Luray and Page County.

We currently produce the Y Magazine, a three-times-a-year publication highlighting news and programs at the Waynesboro Family YMCA that is inserted in the News Virginian.

We are also working right now with the Valley Program for Aging Services to develop content and visual design and implementation of the organization’s first-ever annual report, a project that includes the development of a corporate-level report, four regional reports and individual reports covering nine senior centers in Western Virginia.

Logo design, brochures, catalogues

Logo design: Need a logo for your business or organization? We can generate samples based on what you want and let you choose from a range of logo ideas.

Brochures and catalogues: Marketing materials from the concise to the thorough. We can produce brochures that you can print out on your own desktop and brochures that are done with a professional gloss. Catalogue design encompasses the cover and the contents on inside pages featuring products and prices. For projects that are to be printed by a third-party, we are responsible for managing the printing and delivery.

Magazine/catalogue design/sales/delivery

Design: We can produce magazine products in a tabloid-sized format and a traditional full-color format resembling our signature print product, the award-winning New Dominion Magazine.
Content: We can either provide assistance in the development of editorial content for your product or take total responsibility for the development of content.
Sales: We can provide assistance to customers in developing sales for magazine products.

Newsletters/fundraising materials/annual reports

Add a new look to your newsletters, fundraising materials and annual reports by outsourcing content development and visual design development to Augusta Free Press Publishing.
We can produce materials for print that you can print out on your own desktop and materials that are done with a professional gloss. You can provide the content, or have us develop the content. We take care of the layout and visual design, and for projects that are to be printed by a third-party we are responsible for managing the printing and delivery.
Defray the costs of the development of your catalogue by recasting it as a magazine with content and integrating marketing opportunities in the form of ad placements into the final product.
The Y Magazine that we produce for the Waynesboro Family YMCA works in this way. The Y Magazine is the successor to a no-frills Y program schedule that was inserted in a tabloid-sized format into the News Virginian three times a year.
With content in the form of stories and information on the Y, and visual design that resembles a tabloid-sized magazine format, the Y Magazine has attracted ad sales that have reduced the bottom-line cost to the Y to have its program schedule distributed to the community while also increasing the visibility of the product in the community.
