Witnesses reported hearing about 15 shots fired by an automatic weapon.

While details are still sketchy, four people have been reportedly wounded as celebrations erupted across the city in the wake of Sweden's win over Korea at the World Cup. At least three of the wounded were previously known to police in relation to criminal activity, according to Sydsvenskan daily newspaper.

"There are a lot of police working on the incident", police press officer Fredrik Bratt said.
