After months of endless rumours about Priyanka Chopra's return in the Indian film industry, she has now confirmed that she will star opposite Salman Khan in Ali Abbas Zafar's "Bharat".

Salman Khan-starrer "Bharat" is getting bigger and more anticipated with every new update.

On joining the Bharat family, Priyanka said in a press statement, "Bharat it is!" Bharat will tell the story of a man with his journey of 70 years. The film flap being in focus clarified that the film has indeed begun. "Priyanka brings in outstanding acting, as well as incredible worldwide appeal, to make the scale of the film bigger and even more global", Zafar added.

The film is likely to be released on Eid 2019.
