Ian Somerhalder is returning to TV in another vampire drama

The Vampire Diaries alum is quenching his blood thirst and getting back in the vampire game with a new Netflix series, V-Wars. Swann is desperate to find out what is happening and why, while his friend Fayne becomes the leader of the vampire underground.

Somerhalder, a man comprised of impressive cheekbones and eyes of indefinite color, starred as the somewhat reformed bad boy vamp Damon Salvatore on The CW's The Vampire Diaries for roughly a century (and before that, as somewhat reformed bad boy Boone on Lost, technically another "are they dead or not?" drama).
