The 42-year-old was caught up in a road traffic accident in Richmond, south-west London, on March 18, in which the black Mini Cooper he was driving collided with three other vehicles.

His fine was based on his estimated weekly earnings of £130,000 per week, while his driving ban could be reduced to 15 months if he chooses to attend a drink-driving referral scheme.

He must also pay £85 prosecution fees and a £170 surcharge, according to Sky News.

"I genuinely thought the driver of the black Mini had died as there was no movement and it was a really forceful crash", she added. "I let a lot of people down and for that, I am truly sorry".
