Model Janice Dickinson tells jury Bill Cosby raped her in 1982

Bill Cosby accuser Janice Dickinson, 63, walks through the Montgomery County Courthouse in a break from testifying on the fourth day of the comedian's sexual assault retrial on April 12, 2018.

"I don't remember", she said "I can't say it in any other way other than I don't recall one bit of my conversation with her the day after".

Cosby said he would foot the bill for her transportation, Dickinson testified, but first wanted to do it cheaply - drawing a laugh from the courtroom crowd. And I didn't feel insane at that moment standing up for myself saying 'that's not cool.

Mr Cosby, 80, is only criminally accused of assaulting one woman - former Temple university employee Andrea Constand - due to statute of limitation laws.

Andrea Constand began testifying Friday at the courthouse in suburban Philadelphia.

The Canadian massage therapist Bill Cosby is accused of drugging and molesting 14 years ago testified Friday that she went "limp and could not fight him off".

On the witness stand, for example, Constand denied ever having intimate contact with Cosby prior to the alleged assault.

Dickinson testified that she had hoped to pursue a career as a singer and Cosby flew her to Lake Tahoe, an alpine lake resort town which straddles California and Nevada, to meet with a vocal coach. He convinced her to take pills that he claimed would relieve her menstrual cramps.

Cosby's lawyers say Constand outlined her get-rich scheme to a Temple colleague, Marguerite Jackson. Cosby settled a civil suit with Constand in 2006, but since then dozens more women have come forward with similar allegations against the once-beloved TV star, including Dickinson and fellow '80s supermodel Beverly Johnson.

The US bombing of Syria, explained in 400 words
Speaking in Downing Street, Mrs May said the "limited and targeted strikes" had degraded Syria's ability to use chemical weapons. While Russia and Syria sharply condemned the U.S., British and French attack, their initial response was verbal not military.

After he got off the call, she said, 'He got on top of me and his robe opened and I remembered he smelled like cigars and espresso and his body odor.

"So, I was on the beach and I was thinking, 'Why is this guy calling me?'" Dickinson said.

"He tried to get me to fly economy", she said in court.

Cosby's attorneys are expected to cross-examine Constand, including about the almost $3.4 million settlement she received.

Janice Baker-Kinney returned to the witness stand Thursday after punctuating the first two hours of her testimony with a firm declaration: "I was raped". As a physically fit former professional basketball player, she was confident she could handle him. "I wasn't under oath when I wrote the book".

On cross-examination, Cosby's defense attorneys have worked to point out inconsistencies in their stories.

"You lied to get a paycheck", Mesereau said. "Remember my words as you listen to the people testify".

She responded by telling the jurors that she wanted to highlight the details of that night, but ultimately chose to just write a sanitized version that did not include sex, let alone rape, because her publishers told her that the legal department would never print allegations made against Cosby.

Kathua rape-murder: Act or people's anger will increase, Pawar tells Centre
The girl, belonging to a nomadic Muslim tribe in the district, was sedated time and again before being raped and killed. The investigations into the case were carried out by the Jammu and Kashmir Police's Crime Branch.

But Lublin now believes she was assaulted and that she never trusted Cosby enough to be alone with him again.

Dickinson said she wanted the book's sections about her rape to be complete and honest and gave that information to Fenjves but its use was overruled by publisher Judith Regan.

Before she passed out, she felt pain between her legs. "Cosby said 'I have something for that.' I was given a blue pill", she said. "And I said, 'No, I will not, I will fly first class'".

She said she confronted the comedian the next day about the incident and asked him why he did it. She took it and soon became woozy and "slightly out of it".

Instead, Constand said, the pills instead made her black out.

After that, they went to a room, and she was seated at the edge of a bed.

She woke up the next morning with her pajamas halfway off and didn't know where she was, she testified.

Defense attorneys noted that there were differences between her testimony and what she wrote about in her 2002 biography.
