A student shot a lecturer in his college in Sonipat.

Victim Rajesh Malik, around 35 years of age, was working as an ad-hoc Lecturer in Kharkhoda. The accused who is a student of the same college entered the staff room and shot three bullets at him and fled the spot after firing shots at the lecturer. The lecture was declared brought dead at the hospital. "The student may have killed the professor for the same reason as he didn't like the teacher's behaviour", the SHO told The Statesman over the phone from Kharkhoda.
