Heavy rain, 'isolated thunderstorms' possible across MA on Tuesday

That's a fact Lehigh Valley residents will become attuned to as severe weather rolls through the area today.

A flood watch remains in effect through Monday afternoon along the Susquehanna River as the National Weather Service warns melting ice could raise water levels along riverbanks. That area includes the Lehigh Valley, where brief downpours, cloud-to-ground lightning and ponding of water on area roadways happened quickly.
