Winger Georges-Kevin Nkoudou has joined Burnley from Tottenham on a loan for the remainder of the campaign. Therefore, Mauricio Pochettino has chose to let the 22-year-old forward to move to Turf Moor, and get some regular first-team action.

Burnley manager Sean Dyche, meanwhile, was eager to add more wide players to his side, particularly with the likely loss of Irish worldwide Robbie Brady for the remainder of the season with a knee injury.

He stated, "when I spoke with Trippier he told me good things about this club, about the players and everything about Burnley".
