"We are only waiting for the APC National Convention to endorse Buhari for a second tenure", he said. "By any law or the party's guidelines, I'm not excluded", he said. More so, considering that Buhari has the power of incumbency, which plays a vital role in Nigerian politics, as well as the fact that the APC has a strong hold in the South West, PDP would have to do a lot of work to regain its strength to give him a run for his money.
