The Hollywood Reporter posted a story late Monday recounting how Sizemore, then 42, allegedly was told to leave the Utah set of a crime thriller called Born Killers (shot as Piggy Banks) after the child actress told her mother that Sizemore had touched her genitals during a photo shoot for the film.
Three of the film's producers said Sizemore was removed from the set as soon as they learned about the accusation, but claimed examination of the photos taken on-set didn't provide material evidence of the girl's abuse.
The website reported November 13 that one dozen cast and crew members corroborated details of the alleged incident, which happened during production of the 2005 indie film Born Killers.
The actress, now 26, opted to remain anonymous, but told The Hollywood Reporter that she recently hired a lawyer and is exploring legal options against the actor _ as well as her parents. Bustle has reached out to Sizemore's reps for comment, but had not heard back at the time of publication.

They spoke with Sizemore about the incident in question, and he responded, "I've done a lot of bad things, and I'd never do anything with kids". During the scene, Sizemore rubbed his finger against the vagina of the girl or he inserted his finger into her vagina which is a sexual harassment and sexual assault in simple words.
"At one point her eyes got just huge, like she could've vomited", Ms. Adamson said. "I was watching her", co-star Robyn Adamson says.
As for the incident involving the young girl, The Hollywood Reporter claimed no charges were ever laid, and the film commenced shooting.
Sizemore's acting credits include the Oscar-winning Saving Private Ryan, Black Hawk Down, and Twin Peaks: The Return. Domestic abuse charges include a conviction for beating then-wife Heidi Fleiss in 2003 and a February no-contest plea for assaulting his girlfriend a year ago.

Sizemore has said for years that his drug problems, including a 2007 arrest for methamphetamine possession, began as a teenager.
"We also talked to Tom at the time and told him everything that had been told to us and he said: 'I've done a lot of bad things, and I'd never do anything with kids'".
Sizemore did not comment on the allegation.
Production assistant Roi Mufas said the wider crew quickly learned of the allegation, and that "we all thought, 'That fucking sleazebag.' There was never any doubt". We're talking about consistent behaviour, just being "Tom Sizemore" on set every day.
