Reliance Jio customers will have to pay 15 per cent more for its popular 84-day plan at Rs 459 from October 19, under which subscribers get 1GB 4G data at high speed per day. This means that now users will have to pay Rs 459 for 1GB high speed data per day for 84 days, instead of the earlier Rs 399. The Rs 509 plan will now come with reduced validity period of 49 days instead of 56 days.
One shift which will hit users hard is that anyone who gets done with their daily quota will have to deal with 64kbps speeds in place of the 128kbps threshold the brand has maintained so far.
The INR 309 plan will now offer 30GB of data a month with a daily limit of 1GB.

Jio has been updating its data plans and offering cashback for Diwali, and now starting today it has announced another change to its most talked-about Rs 399 data plan and some others. Subscribers can also opt for the annual plan at Rs 4,999 which gives unrestricted access to 350 GB high speed data for the plan period. Next is the Rs. 409 pack, with Rs. 500 deposit and 20GB data without any daily restrictions on consumption.
Data to be consumed at Jio's "high speed" have been lowered for certain similar priced plans from the previous offers. Airtel 399 plan also comes with 70GB high-speed data and with unlimited calling. Under this plan, the users will get 1 GB of 4G data. Earlier it was a kind of rumor that it was believed that JIO would raise the price of their existing plans and unfortunately JIO has applied this thing and has updated their plans. If you are looking for the Rs. 309 recharge, the validity is down from 56 days to 49 days.
Rs 999 plan: Under this plan, Jio is offering 60GB of 4G data for 90 days with no set FUP limit. With the launch of new Jio 459 plan, Jio also revised the 399 plan of Jio. It also gives unlimited local and voice call for 70 days. A user will get 4.2 GB unlimited data for 28 days.
