16 of the 17 professional sports teams that have previously chosen to stay at Trump hotels while traveling confirmed they will no longer be staying at those hotels, according to the report. Not a single team confirmed its players stay at Trump properties.
Most of the teams National Basketball Association teams that have recently stopped saying at Trump properties did so after the 2016-17 season, it added.
Citing team policy, the Pelicans said Thursday that they don't reveal hotel plans for security purposes.
