Manchester United star Anthony Martial is reportedly happy at Old Trafford despite rumours linking the forward with a move to Arsenal.

The Manchester Evening News claims that he's very content at United.

Arsene Wenger is on the look-out for a replacement for Alexis Sanchez - who's expected to join Man City either in January or in the summer - and it seems the Gunners boss has identified Martial as a potential target.

However, despite the report, Martial has been in fine form for Manchester United so far this season, even if he has not been able to hold down a regular spot in the first team.

Colombia tie Peru and advance to the 2018 World Cup
Former Newcastle midfielder Nolberto Solano, who is on Peru's coaching staff, supported Tapia's comment about the alleged pact. With Chile falling to Brazil 3-0, Peru chose to play safe, taking no chances and running out the clock in extra time.

Recent reports from Spain claimed Catalan giants Barcelona were also monitoring his situation with the imminent return of Zlatan Ibrahimovic which could see the winger fall down the pecking order. However, with five goals and six assists already this season, Martial looks set to finally fill the enormous potential we all know he possesses.

There was talk of a possible switch to Sevilla last season, but Mourinho quickly poured cold water over a move to La Liga.

If Mauricio Pochettino does allow Rose to leave the club though, he must issue United and Mourinho with an ultimatum, by demanding both Anthony Martial and Luke Shaw in exchange for the talented left-back.

Mourinho has been full of praise for Martial this season and could start him against Liverpool on Saturday.

The newspaper says the French worldwide is happy at Old Trafford and he seems to be winning over Mourinho after the United boss heaped praise on the attacker late last month.
