US South Korea to hold talks over North Korea nuclear crisis

North Korea has been testing missiles at an unprecedented rate, and conducted its sixth nuclear test despite global condemnation.

Since February 2017, North Korea has fired 22 missiles as part of 15 tests, including missiles over Japan on the 29th of August and the 15th of September. Such a test would be a "game-changer" if North Korea actually did it, the official said.
