It also intends to expand the list of luxury products - much loved by top officials in Pyongyang - banned from export to the North.

China halted iron, iron ore and seafood imports after the previous round of sanctions against North Korea in August.
The ban on textiles - Pyongyang's second-biggest export - is expected to cost the country more than $700m (£530m) a year.
