Resident Evil 7 DLC 'Not a Hero' gameplay trailer released

The upcoming "Not a Hero" DLC takes place straight after the events of Resident Evil 7 where Chris Redfield has been assigned to investigate a threat in an abandoned mine. The opening shots of the trailer could nearly be taken from a FPS, with a HUD and a flashy rifle prominent in the foreground.

Capcom had recently announced that a couple of new DLCs would be coming to Resident Evil 7 Biohazard (RE7) with the game's Gold Edition on December 12. Normally I'd chalk the differences up to tech and vision changes as Capcom pivots the series in a more grounded direction, but this is Resident Evil we're talking about. We learned about Not A Hero's release date earlier this month, but a new gameplay video was revealed at the Tokyo Game Show 2017 this week. The almost three minute video was unveiled during the first day of the Tokyo Game Show.
