However, this defense has been vulnerable against the run, has just two sacks and has allowed five plays of 40 yards or more. Neither team did much offensively, with the Wildcats accounting for 277 yards of offense to the Commodores' 270.

Coutinho, rarely involved in that first period, also played through a lively looking Sturridge whose fierce shot struck the Burnley side-netting.

You could argue Pope should have done better for Salah's goal, but that could be considered harsh after a respectable performance in challenging circumstances. Let's hope they can make a few of these chances count in the second half.
