Criminal probe opened into 8 heat-related deaths at Florida nursing home

Three died at the nursing home, and five at the hospital according to the New York Post. Their deaths are being investigated as criminal homicides, and the nursing home has been closed.

A statement from the city indicated the facility still had some power.
