Holly Bobo murder trial set to begin after more than 6 years

Bobo's immediate family took the stage, culminating with Holly's mother, who collapsed in the court room-bringing up talk of a mistrial that was shot down by the judge.

Clint Bobo called 911 to report his sister missing at about 8 a.m. that day.

She had been asked by the defense to identify Holly's driving licence and describe what else was in her wallet on the day she was murdered when she fell off her chair, sobbing: 'I feel like I can't breathe'.

At a little after 3 p.m., the trial resumed after paramedics cleared Karan and allowed her to continue with her testimony.

There is a small hole in Bobo's skull, according to court records. Earp previously accused Adams of attacking her and threatening her just months after Bobo's disappearance in 2011.

In the trial's opening statement's Monday, prosecutors alleged that Adams' kidnapped Bobo from her home and raped her.

Adams is one of six people arrested in connection with the disappearance and death of 20-year-old Holly Bobo, and the first to stand trial.

Oh Hi DISASTER ARTIST Trailer
Dave Franco has the unenviable task of playing the straight man, but he does it well, and he makes for a good audience surrogate. James Franco , who steps into the Wiseau role, directed The Disaster Artist from a screenplay by Scott Neustadter & Michael H.

Bobo disappeared from her own backyard on April 13, 2011. He said he thought at the time that the man was her boyfriend, but learned later that the boyfriend was not in the area that day.

When he looked outside, he said he saw his sister walking with a man wearing camouflage hunting gear into the tree-line.

Through the years, police "basically interviewed every person in Decatur County", Thompson said.

Shortly after he woke up, he said he heard a male and female voice outside and raised the blinds to see silhouettes near the home's carport.

Neighbors heard screams from the home and alerted Karen on the phone. He said she told him the person was not Scott and ordered her son to "get a gun and shoot him".

"Bobo said he did not do that because he was confused about what was happening".

Holly Bobo's mother collapsed on Monday while testifying during the trial for a man accused of murdering Tennessee nursing student.

Census: US median income rose, poverty rate fell in 2016
The Census data said it changed its income questions in 2014, which makes it hard to make comparisons before that year. Non-Hispanic, white households have a real median income of $65,041, while black households have a median of $39,490.

Karen Bobo was giving evidence at the trial of Zachary Adams, 33, at a courtroom in Savanna, Tennessee, when she fell to the floor crying.

Zachary Adams denies kidnapping, raping and killing Holly. Hunters eventually came upon her remains in 2014.

Adams' defense attorney said the state has a big problem-the physical evidence in the case doesn't match the story Adams' brother gave investigators. "They sat me, Clint and Karen down in the living room and said Holly had been found, that was her remains", her father, Dana Bobo recalled.

Lawyers are scheduled to make opening statements in the trial of a man charged with killing Tennessee nursing student Holly Bobo. Adams is charged with felony first-degree murder, aggravated kidnapping and aggravated rape.

Judge C. Creed McGinley moved the trial to neighboring Hardin County because of widespread attention it received closer to Bobo's home.

Jury selection began Saturday morning with more than 70 potential jurors called in for final questions. It is being sequestered.
