In this latest adaptation of another one of Margaret Atwood's book, inspired by a true story, a Northern Irish immigrant who is a maid in Ontario, Canada along with a stable boy are accused of murder.

There's nary a red cloak in sight, but the trailer for Handmaid's Tale author Margaret Atwood's latest TV adaptation - Netflix's Alias Grace - boasts numerous novelist's other familiar staples.

The 2-minute-and-30-second trailer introduces Marks, who explains she has been an inmate for 15 years.
