Three people are suing R&B singer Usher for allegedly not telling them he had herpes before they went to bed with him.

Bloom said her clients were left "anxious and upset" after learning Usher might have the virus. Watch Quantisia Sharpton's press conference statement below.

The three plaintiffs claim they had unprotected sex, or oral sex, with Usher because he is a "revered celebrity in their eyes who they believed could be loved and trusted".

Usher has yet to confirm whether he has herpes, which is something Sharpton and Bloom also criticized him for. She said Usher never once mentioned he had herpes, yet she learned from another plaintiff's lawsuit that he was diagnosed with the virus before she met him.

Sharpton (aka Angel Valentino) admitted she does not have herpes and even conceded she does not have any evidence that Usher has the virus either. According to court papers published by Radar Online, Raymond contracted herpes in 2009 or 2010 - around the time when he filed from divorce from ex-wife Tameka Foster. "I feel like my rights were violated".

'I am speaking out today on behalf of myself and others, some of whom are positive and are embarrassed to speak out publicly.
