Snapdeal would rather launch a Snapdeal 2.0 than merge with Flipkart
Flipkart had initially offered around $750 million for the deal, which was rejected by the Snapdeal's board. Snapdeal had 9,000 employees in July last year- the number was brought down from 9,000 to 1,200.

The highest point of the bridge stands at nearly 300 feet above ground. It took just 10 weeks to build and is replacing another suspension bridge that was shut down back in 2010 due to unstable terrain and rock falls in the area. "How often do you get the chance to cross a real-world record suspension bridge?" he said.

A steel structure connects the bridge between two sections of Grächen and Zermatt, a two-day hike.
